Safety is the basis. Industrial production techniques are strictly controlled and standardised according to current regulations. Products must pass stability tests in our laboratories with chemical-physical tests (pH, density, viscosity, etc.) and organoleptic quality tests (smell, colour, taste, etc.).

In addition, each new formula undergoes Challenge, Patch and Nickel tests to ensure safety for end users.
Selected finished products and raw materials (such as essential oils and vegetable oils) are tested and validated by the most prestigious Italian universities.

External microbiological checks are carried out on each batch at accredited laboratories that guarantee maximum reliability of the results.

Our quality ideal includes several control steps for the complete realisation of the product:

• checks on incoming raw materials that ensure our constant compliance with the high standards of technical specifications;
• chemical-physical checks carried out in our laboratory on products arriving directly from production to validate the semi-finished product and approve its passage to the packaging stage;
• microbiological checks carried out on each production batch in collaboration with accredited external laboratories;
• daily checks directly on the production lines carried out by highly specialised personnel composed of chemists, biologists, pharmacists and herbalists, to monitor the correct performance of the processing.
